1-23-13 Update: Two San Antonio brothers facing sexual exploitation counts have been charged with killing one sibling’s 10-year-old daughter, the girl’s mother and a friend.

Prosecutors say the stabbed bodies were found during a 2011 house fire a few days before the brothers faced court appearances related to alleged abuse of the girl.

A grand jury Tuesday indicted 32-year-old Conrad Ochoa and 37-year-old Baron Ochoa on capital murder counts. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

The victims were Samvastion “Sammie” Ochoa, her 29-year-old mother Rebecca “Veggie” Gonzales and their 41-year-old roommate Pamela Wenske.

SAN ANTONIO — A reward is being offered to anyone with information that leads to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for a triple murder on the Northeast Side.

The victims, 29-year-old Rebecca “Veggie” Gonzales, her 10-year-old daughter, Sammy, and roommate 41-year-old Pamela Wenske, were all found dead inside a home on Karen Lane back on September 14th. The home had been set on fire.

Friends of Gonzales say she worked as an after school teacher at The Circle School for years, and loved being giving her time to children.

Katy Pell, friend of Gonzales, said, “She was always such a positive contributor to whatever she was around and was also so gorgeous and young.”

In August, during a custody battle, Rebecca Gonzales reported to police and CPS  that Sammy claimed to have been sexually abused by her uncle, Baron Ochoa, and father, Conrad Ochoa, from November of 2010 to July 2011.  Authorities tell us Gonzales’ ex-husband Conrad has been questioned in the murder investigation, but he is not considered a person of interest.

The murder investigation is ongoing.  Baron Ochoa has been charged with two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child. Conrad Ochoa was charged with possession and promotion of child pornography. Both have posted $1 million dollar bails, but remain in jail. Thank God.

CRIME STOPPERS will pay up to $5,000 for information which leads to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for these murders.
