2-27-13 Update: Blanco, TX – One of the most wanted fugitives in Texas is now back behind bars.
We told you Tuesday about the addition of 36-year-old Joseph Daniel Krueger to the Texas DPS 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.
Police were able to track him down in Blanco, Texas and arrested him without incident.

We have learned that Mark Hasse, the Texas prosecutor gunned down outside the Kaufman County courthouse Thursday, January 31, 2013 was concerned about his safety in recent weeks.
