PHOENIX — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for three recent incidents involving flashlight bombs in Arizona.

Three improvised explosive devices inside yellow, plastic 6-volt handheld flashlights exploded when victims found these apparently discarded items and tried the on/off switches to determine if they worked, according to the ATF. Read the rest of this entry »
