Wanted for Fraud and Questioning in Connection With an Ongoing FBI Espionage Investigation
John Donald Cody is wanted for allegedly conducting fraudulent activities involving the misuse of funds. It is alleged that between May and August of 1984, Cody committed the following acts: stole funds from probate estates’ bank accounts and purchased nearly $100,000 in traveler’s checks which he transported from Arizona to Virginia; submitted to a Virginia investment brokerage firm a false name on forms which were used to identify taxpayers subject to withholding taxes; made false statements to a Virginia bank for the purpose of obtaining a loan for approximately $25,000; and illegally attempted to obtain bank loans under various alias identities. GUNTOWN, Miss.—As a SWAT team closed in, a fugitive accused of killing a Tennessee mother and daughter before disappearing for nearly two weeks with her two other children killed himself Thursday evening, allowing authorities to safely recover the kidnapped girls, police said.
Adam Mayes, 35, shot himself in the head after authorities, acting on a tip, found him and the girls near New Albany, Miss., Guntown Police Chief Michael Hall said.
UPDATE: The FBI has added Adam Christopher Mayes to their most wanted list and the reward for information leading to his capture and the safe return of Alexandria and Kyliyah Bain is now at $175,000.
Law enforcement agencies are involved in a nationwide manhunt for Adam Mayes. His picture is on billboards in Huntsville, and the FBI believes he has two Tennessee girls with him.
There is a $50,000 FBI reward for Mayes’ arrest. The girls are believed to be in extreme danger.
The FBI says two bodies found at an Alpine, Mississippi home on Monday, May 6, 2012 are the girls’ mother Jo Ann Bain, and older sister, Adrienne Bain. The four were reported missing from their home in Tennessee on Friday, April 27, 2012. Read the rest of this entry »

Missing From Antigo, Wisconsin Since 8/11/2009 Please Help Find Kayla Berg
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals involved in the crime related to the disappearance of Kayla May Berg.
Kayla Berg was 15 years old and enjoying her summer vacation before she was to return to her high school that fall. On the evening of August 11, 2009, Kayla left her father’s home in Antigo, Wisconsin with her 24 year old friend Kevin Kielcheski and has not been seen or heard from again.
Kevin, who is the last known person to see Kayla that night, states he and Kayla went on a joyride around town before dropping her off at her ex-boyfriend home in Wausau, Wisconsin, about 40 minutes from her home. Kevin reportedly drove away and never saw if Kayla entered the home, which he described as a dark residence with no one else around. Read the rest of this entry »

REWARD: The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Eric Justin Toth.
Eric Justin Toth, a former private-school teacher, is wanted for allegedly possessing child pornography in Washington, DC. It is alleged that in June of 2008, pornographic images were found on a school camera that had been in Toth’s possession. Toth also allegedly produced child pornography in Maryland. Víctor Manuel Gerena (born June 24, 1958) is an American fugitive wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the armed robbery, in connection with the Los Macheteros group, of a Wells Fargo armored car facility. On May 14, 1984, he became the 386th fugitive to be placed on the FBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. He remains at large and, on April 11, 2010, became the fugitive to have spent the most time on the list, surpassing Donald Eugene Webb. On Monday, December 7, 2009, Lacey Claire Gaines phoned her grandmother and asked if she could babysit her 2 year old son, Conor. Lacey stated she was not feeling well and had a doctor’s appointment. Lacey’s last communication was at 3:30 p.m. December 7, 2009. Lacey was found, at approximately 7 p.m. that evening, murdered in her apartment.
