HARRISBURG, MO — The family of Charles Dwayne Bell, 34, has offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to his whereabouts.

Bell was last seen Sept. 15, 2011 driving his red 2009 Ducati motorcycle at the intersection of Dripping Springs Road and Red Rock Road in Boone County, said his father, Charles Bell Sr. Bell had plans to meet friends that afternoon to go hunting. Read the rest of this entry »
