2-27-13 Update: ST. LOUIS  - Murder charges have been filed against a 40-year-old man for the death of Ebony Jackson.

Dyanthany Yeapheat Proudie has been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Jackson was found shot to death in the trunk of her car in January.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY  – Pine Lawn police are now offering an $8,000 reward to find the killer of a mother whose 3-month-old boy was found abandoned in a Breckenridge Hills apartment complex.

Alma Lawson is Missing

SHE’S 83, BLACK AND MISSING

1-12-13 Update: NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC  – Detectives have determined that a body discovered Friday afternoon in the Love Grove community is that of an 83-year-old woman who disappeared in November.

Alma Lawson’s remains were found one mile from where she went missing in November.

The conclusion of the body’s identity was based on the age, sex, race and height of the body found, along with clothing and other personal items found at the scene, according to Wilmington police.

An autopsy proved that the cause of death was an accidental drowning.

9-14-12 Update: ROCK SPRINGS — Three teens were arrested Friday in connection with the death of a 17-year-old boy whose body was found buried north of Rock Springs last month, authorities said.

Eighteen-year-old Brady Jacob Trevino, of Rock Springs, faces charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the death of Rigoberto “Rigo” Alvarado, Sweetwater County Sheriff Rich Haskell and Rock Springs Police Chief Mike Lowell said in a release.

Jose Antonio Campos, 18, of Rock Springs, and a 17-year-old Green River boy whose name wasn’t released each face a charge of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
