Late into the evening of July 29, 2007, Ruben Whittington had just finished up his weekly payroll for his home repair franchise, Mr. Handyman, when cops say he called his wife to say he was on his way home. Moments later, Ruben pulled his car over after realizing he had a flat tire and called AAA for help.
